You have now completed The Innercise Fundamentals Course through the past 4 weeks

CONGRATULATIONS!

Your journey going forward on your own, with all the necessary tools, primarily your taught principles of the breath and cold exposure training, it is crucial that the next 30 days intensifies to ensure that what you have learned is not limited to a good experience to look back on, but something you take with you for the rest of your life. The great thing about the breath is that it is always with us.

When need is a it highest, help is always right at the end of your nose or mouth!

We would very much like to hear your opinion about your experience on the Innercise Fundamentals Course. We want, through your statement, to inform and pass on what a Fundamentals Course has benefited you. With your permission, we would be happy to use your statement to share on our social media, website, newsletter, etc.

The tasks for the next 30 days are the following:

  • 10 conscious breaths every day as an absolute minimum.
  • 1 round of the Apnea or Cadence protocol. Remember to update your score. An explanation of settings in the app is included.
  • Sleep with mouth tape!
  • Turn the handle to cold in the shower. Duration and intensity of cold are not decisive. Notice what makes the most sense that day.

A total of 6-7 minutes a day!

All to create increased awareness around your breathing, because here there will always be room for improvement.

Every Saturday at 10.00-11.00 you can book a training session which is for all those who have completed the Fundamentals Course. The session is with warm-up, breathing and cold exposure. After the training, we have scheduled a saunagus session from 11.00-12.00 that you can book.

Electronic punch cards can be purchased through our website when you are logged in to your profile. You also have the option of buying a subscription for unlimited Innercise training with access to breath session and ice baths.

It costs ONLY DKK 699 per month.

If you have the courage for more Innercise, you can sign up for our Go Deep Advanced Fundamentals Course. The course is limited to 10 participants.

The most important thing in life is that you take responsibility for yourself, your actions and your own health.

Being on a course at Innercise not only gave me a better basic knowledge of my own body and capacity, which I can personally use a lot in my life, but I also got to test a lot of limits.

I experienced that my limiting beliefs could be pushed even further forward, with very simple methods that I can train myself in the future. You learn on this course that your body can do much more than you think and much more than you dare. During all tasks and challenges there is great support from the instructors.
